This website is operated by Major Taylor Community Outreach, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation, on behalf of itself and the Major Taylor Cycling Club of North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you enter when you fill out a form on this site, sign up for our newsletter, apply for a leadership role, or register for an event.
We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location, and the pages you view. This comes from standard website analytics and helps us understand how people find and use the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:

Google user data
When our website connects to Google Sheets or Google Drive, that connection is authorized by an administrator of our organization and is used only to record form submissions into our own spreadsheets. We do not access, read, or use any other Google account data. We do not transfer this data to anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising or for training artificial intelligence models.

Email communication

You may ask us to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You may ask us to stop sending you email. To make any of these requests, contact us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
