MTICA convention registration fees are nonrefundable. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to make sure you're aware of the options available to you if you're unable to attend.
If you purchased Purchase Protection insurance when you registered, you may be eligible to file a claim directly through the insurance provider. The process is handled entirely through them, and their team can walk you through next steps.
File a Claim at PurchaseProtection.comYour spot doesn't have to go to waste. You can transfer your registration to another rider using the link below. Once the transferee completes payment for the full registration amount, you will receive a refund minus the $5 transfer fee.
In rare and qualifying circumstances, MTICA may allow you to defer your registration value toward the following year's convention, provided the registration tier is of equal or lesser value. This option is not automatic and requires review and approval by MTICA leadership.
Deferrals are granted at MTICA's sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed. Any difference in registration cost between convention years is the responsibility of the registrant.
